Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

A: No, I do not accept insurance at this time. I do, however, provide "superbills" if you would like to send in a request to your insurance company for reimbursement from an out-of-network provider.

How do you accept payment?

A: I accept payment via the Square App and PayPal. Payments are processed as each session takes place. *Payment plans can be discussed as needed.

Can you do therapy sessions with someone who doesn't live in California?

A: Unfortunately, not yet. I am looking into getting licensed to practice telehealth in other states currently! 

How do you track progress in our sessions?

A: In addition to taking notes on my own time, I collaborate endlessly with you to ensure you are getting as much out of our sessions as possible. I also encourage you to do "life homework" — as it's really the work you do outside of our sessions that will end up benefiting you the most!

How long have you been licensed?

A: Since March of 2017. I have been expanding my private practice ever since!
